-CIA involvement in laying the groundwork for our takeover of the Marshall Islands for use as a nuclear test site 1956-1958, including the eventual forced relocation of all of it's citizens, many of whom suffered from radiation related ailments

-CIA interference in the Greek civil war 1947-1949, supporting the neo-fascists and helping create an internal security service which became famous for it's brutality, and again CIA involvement in the Greek military coup in 1967 and support for the military dictatorship including much nastiness

-CIA attempted to overthrow the popular Muslim leader of Indonesia, Sukarno, 1957-58, including attempting to rig elections, plotting assassinations, blackmail using phony sex films, and full scale war including bombing runs by US planes, followed by the eventual dictatorship of CIA sponsored strongman General Suharto, estimates of the number of opponents massacred by suharto exceed 500,000
-CIA intervened in Haiti to support the US friendly dictator Francois Duvalier, 1959, including the arrangement of land, sea and air forces
-CIA forced the expulsion of Cheddi Jagan, the democratically elected leader of Guyana after a protracted covert war, 1953-1964
-CIA atrocities in Cambodia, Laos and Thailand, 1955-1973, you name it, the CIA did it
-CIA dirty war and CIA sponsored ouster of democratically elected President Jose Maria Velasco of Ecuador, 1960-1963
-CIA assassination of the first democratically elected prime minister of Congo/Zaire and replacement with legendary brutal dictator Mobutu Sese Seko, 1960-1978, including massive support and assistance in covert war against democratic opponents
-CIA support for the French military coup in Algeria on an effort to block Algerian independence, 1960s
-CIA covert involvement in the 1964 military coup overthrowing the democratically elected President of Brazil, Joao Goulart, leading to 15 years of brutal military rule
-CIA assisted in the military overthrow of the first democratically elected President of the Dominican Republic since 1924, Juan Bosch, 1964
-CIA involvement in multiple attempts to overthrow Castro in Cuba, 1959-Present
-CIA involvement in the military coup against the leftist leader of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah, 1966
-CIA support for anti-opposition death squads in Uruguay, 1969-1972, including heavy use of torture
-CIA collaboration with the South African intelligence services, 1960s-1980s, in the battle against the African National Congress, including the use of torture and assassination, and direct assistance in the capture of leader Nelson Mandela
-CIA involvement in the military overthrow of democratically elected President of Bolivia, Victor Paz, 1964, followed by a three year long dirty war against opponents using all means, including the summary execution of Che Guevara in 1967
-CIA intervention in Australian elections, 1972, including funneling of millions of Dollars to opponents of the left leaning Labor government, followed by the CIA planned dismissal of Prime Minister Edward Gough Whitlam in 1975

I could go on and on and on, I haven't even mentioned East Timor, Angola, Jamaica, Honduras, Seyehelles, Diego Garcia, South Yemen, Chad, Grenada, Suriname, Libya, Fiji, El Salvador, Bulgaria, Somalia, Columbia, Yugoslavia and, who could forget, Venezuela.

And this doesn't even include many of the dictators and rogues The CIA has supported in so many other nations. And the tactic involved in so many of these cases can barely be described without making one sick - murder, torture, blackmail, civilian bombing, terrorism, support for criminals, fraudulent elections, bribery, etc. The human costs have been indescribable.
